Platelet rich plasma therapy (PRP) utilises a blood sample from the patient which is then spun in a centrifuge. This separates the blood and allows us to harvest the plasma which is rich in 7 different growth factors. This plasma is then injected back into the skin to treat a number of concerns including hair loss, fine lines, stretch marks, scarring and general skin rejuvenation.
As the plasma is made by you, for you there is minimal risk involved with this procedure.
A course of 3 treatments is recommended for optimal results.
